The core of our jewelry consists either of the purest 925 sterling silver or 316L stainless steel (also called surgical steel). Our gold-plated pieces of jewelry are also provided with a high-quality 18 carat multiple gold plating and sealed with a special e-coating process. This "protective layer" makes our jewelry more resistant to external influences.

Some of our jewelry is very resistant to water, but we still do not want to claim that it is waterproof, which is why we generally recommend that you take off our jewelry when showering, swimming or even doing sports.

Store your jewelry in a dry and dark place. Avoid contact with moisture: water, disinfectants, humidity, lotions, hair sprays, perfumes, etc. (the pH of the skin can affect the oxidation of the jewelry).

We send your jewelry securely packed in our high-quality jewelry boxes, which you are also welcome to use for further storage.

Zum Schutz vor Transportschäden verwenden wir spezielle Verpackungsmaterialien wie Füllpapier, Kartonagen oder Bubblewrap um sicherzustellen, dass deine Bestellung unbeschädigt bei dir ankommt.

Um die Umweltbelastung so gering wie möglich zu halten. recyceln und wiederverwerten wir das erhaltene Verpackungs- und Füllmaterial. So tragen wir dazu bei, dass so wenig Abfall wie möglich entsteht.

We usually ship your order within 2-3 working days via DHL. Please note that we are not responsible for delays in delivery by DHL.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will automatically receive an e-mail with your consignment number. Feel free to contact our customer service if you have not received an email within 48 hours.

It's a real shame, but of course we understand if that's why you want to return it.

You have the right to return the items within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving a reason. In the event of a cancellation, the return costs incurred are borne by the buyer. If your goods show a defect or an item is missing, this must be reported in advance. Otherwise there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.

In the event of refusal to accept or non-collection upon delivery to a post office, we reserve the right to withhold the return costs incurred from your originally paid amount of 3.90 euros.
