DOESN'T THE ITEM FIT OR DO YOU NOT LIKE IT?

It's a real shame, but we understand if you want to return it.

You have the right to return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. In the event of a cancellation, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If your goods are defective or an item is missing, this must be reported in advance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.

In the event of a partial cancellation (and the resulting underrun of the minimum order value for free shipping within Germany from 59 euros), we reserve the right to subsequently charge the regular shipping costs of 2.90 euros and deduct them from your original payment.

If you refuse to accept the goods or do not collect them when they are delivered to a post office, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs of €2.90 from the amount you originally paid.
