Within what radius do you offer your jewelry parties?
Currently, we can offer you service up to 50 kilometers around Kaiserslautern / Neustadt an der Weinstraße, as well as in Hamburg and the surrounding area.
But feel free to contact us if you are unsure about the distance.
Is there a minimum number of participants?
Yes, indeed.
The minimum number of participants for a jewelry party is 5 participants including the host.
How long does a party like that last?
Of course, it also depends somewhat on you, but usually such a party lasts about 3 hours.
I'm the host. Is there anything I need to be aware of?
It would be very important to us that there is sufficient lighting, otherwise the jewelry cannot be properly examined.
Is there a purchase obligation?
Attending our jewelry parties is always free and there is no obligation to buy. However, we offer exclusive benefits on these evenings that you wouldn't otherwise find in our shop.
What payment options are available?
Currently, you can pay at our parties via PayPal or cash.
Can I get my order directly on site?
No, unfortunately we cannot offer direct sales. However, we will ship your order as quickly as possible.
Can you ship my order directly to me?
We will ship your orders together in one large package to the host.
Should you still wish to have the item delivered to your home, please let us know.
How much are the shipping costs?
We always ship free of charge to the host at our jewelry parties.
An item arrived damaged, what happens next?
Please contact our customer service at “service@heycoral.de” if the item is faulty or defective and attach a photo of the item to your email.
I would like to return an item, is that possible?
Yes, you can of course return the desired product within 14 days of receiving your order. Further details can be found in the flyer included with your order.
