Our jewelry is made of either the purest 925 sterling silver or 316L stainless steel. Our gold-plated pieces are also coated with a high-quality 18-karat gold plating and sealed with a special e-coating process. This "protective layer" makes our jewelry more resistant to external influences.

It all depends on the material used: Our gold-plated stainless steel jewelry is safe to wear in water. If you're using salt or chlorinated water, the jewelry should be cleaned with clean water afterward. 925 sterling silver jewelry, on the other hand, should always be removed beforehand, as the material is significantly more delicate. We generally recommend removing jewelry when showering, swimming, or exercising to ensure you can enjoy your jewelry for a long time.

Store your jewelry in a dry and dark place. Avoid contact with moisture: water, disinfectants, humidity, lotions, hair sprays, perfumes, etc. (the pH of the skin can affect the oxidation of the jewelry).

We offer a 12-month worry-free guarantee on all products in the jewelry category . This applies to all manufacturing and processing defects, starting from the date you receive your new piece of jewelry.

What does the warranty cover?

• Defects in manufacturing
• Manufacturing defects that limit use
• Not covered are:
  Normal wear and tear (e.g. scratches)
• Damage caused by improper use or mishaps
• Soiling, tarnishing or discoloration due to incorrect storage or care
• Skin-related discoloration if care instructions are not followed
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

In addition, of course, the statutory 2-year warranty applies to everything.

At Hey Coral, we pride ourselves on offering eco-friendly packaging solutions that not only protect your jewelry during shipping but also serve as a stylish and practical storage solution.

Depending on the size of your order, we will lovingly package your jewelry in our reusable microfiber bags or high-quality jewelry boxes made from FSC®-certified raw materials. For larger orders, at least one jewelry box is included.

Environmental protection is important to us and many of our customers. For this reason, we offer a unique service that allows you to return any jewelry boxes you no longer need to us.

If you order five or more boxes, you can use our return service to conveniently return the boxes to us free of charge. You can find more information on this page.

To protect against transport damage, we use special packaging materials such as filling paper, cardboard boxes or bubble wrap to ensure that your order arrives undamaged.

To minimize our environmental impact, we recycle and reuse the packaging and filling materials we receive. This helps ensure that as little waste as possible is generated.

It's a real shame, but we understand if you want to return it.

You have the right to return the item(s) within 14 days of receiving the goods without giving any reason. In the event of a cancellation, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. If your goods are defective or an item is missing, this must be reported in advance. Otherwise, there is no guarantee that the full purchase price can be refunded.

If you refuse to accept the goods or do not collect them when they are delivered to a post office, we reserve the right to deduct the return shipping costs from your original payment of 3.90 euros.
